Shaping Concepts is a “results focused” gym that sets the bar high for our coaches to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. That is the Shaping Concepts difference.

 

We believe in the importance of setting specific short and long-term goals.

 

The mind must have a target for the changes we desire. Clarity with the objective is the first step towards making change a reality.

 

We prioritize the on-going and regular assessment of progress towards these goals.

 

Any endeavor worth pursuing needs to have a frequent evaluation of progress so that modifications and adjustments in strategies can be made when needed.

 

We believe that accountability is a cornerstone to successful change.

 

When developing new habits there’s no substitute for being accountable to someone other than yourself to help stay the course and that’s our job as coaches.

 

We believe in the principles of hard work, dedication, and focused effort.

 

To reach your full potential you must be willing to make sacrifices and fully commit yourself to the work that’s needed to achieve your goals.

 

We believe the strength is in the TEAM, and not in any one individual.

 

This organization puts a priority on having a group of like-minded fitness professionals working together in collaboration and unity so that our clients are always put first.

We believe in consistency and striving to simply be a little better than you were yesterday.

 

Success is achieved through the continual pursuit of growth by taking small and incremental steps towards improvement. “Little and often done over the long haul is the secret.”

 

We believe that people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.

 

Exceptional coaching or teaching requires more than just knowledge, it requires the ability to connect with others on a personal level and demonstrate a sincere interest in them.

 

We believe that fitness coaches should provide encouragement and enthusiasm.

 

The difference between a mediocre workout and a great workout often comes down to the ability of a coach to inspire the client to do more than he or she believed was in them.

 

We believe that fitness professionals develop personalized programs, not just provide workouts.


Personal trainers provide random workouts. Fitness professionals on the other hand put together a unique plan for each client that takes into consideration individual needs and provides progression.

 

We believe in self-responsibility, integrity, and respect for others at all times.
