We understand that everyone has different preferences when looking for personal fitness instruction. You'll find we have both male and female trainer each with their own motivation, exercise specialties, and style of training.
Since we provide all of our services in private studio settings you also won't have to deal with the intimidation and unwelcome stares that you'd find in other Charleston health clubs.
Special attention is put on cleanliness as well with daily sanitizing of floors and equipment so you can rest assured knowing you're in a well maintained and safe environment.
What makes my 30 minute "burst training" workout routines so effective for fat loss
At Shaping Concepts our specialty with fat loss and body transformations is founded on time-efficeint 30 minute workouts called burst training. This style of training focuses on doing short bursts of high intensity effort followed by brief recovery periods.
The benefits of burst training go far beyond just cutting workout times in half. The result of the short bursts of high intensity effort are an increase in powerful fat burning hormones like adrenaline, nor-adrenaline, and growth hormone.

As you can see the benefits far exceed that of conventional training with machines at a health club.
