Shaping Concepts has several coaches who specialize in youth sports performance training. Their experience and credentials as strength & conditioning coaches can help your son or daughter improve their athletic performance regardless of sport.

While other Charleston area fitness facilities specialize in group oriented youth sports performance programs, we specifically provide one-on-one and partner training. This allows for hands-on attention and specific programming catering to individual needs.

Whether your son or daughter is a competitive or recreational athlete we can help them take their game to the next level. Our coaches regularly work with high school and collegiate athletes during thier offseason and we've helped several athletes obtain scholarships since our foundation in the Charleston community in 2004.
