Shaping Concepts has partnered with Charleston Group Fitness to provide a wide variety of small group fitness classes to compliment our personal training programs. For one low monthly flat fee you can take an unlimited number of ANY of the following classes:

  • Bootcamp
  • Cardio Rush
  • Lunchtime Fitness
  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Restoration Yoga
  • Strength & Core
  • Tabata
  • Zumba

Mind Your Body Program

This 12 week program is exclusively designed for women who want to get tone, firm, and fit. You'll receive unlimited small group fitness classes along with a wide array of coaching and support resources.

Small group meetings are scheduled each month for education, camaraderie, and support. If one-on-one personal training is not in your budget this is a great alternative to help you acheive the body transformation you desire.

Included in this twelve week program:

(3) months of unlimited small group fitness classes

Ladies only group meetings held each month for nutrition education, camaraderie, and support.

Weekly weigh-in's and progress measurement with coaching and personal instruction

Weekly monitoring of food journals

Nutrition seminars, program guide, e-mail coaching, and much more!
