Remote Personal Training

This program is ideal for individuals working out on their own or for our in-house personal training clients who will be performing workouts on their own in addition to one-on-one personal training and would like the benefit of additional accountability, structure, and guidance.

This twelve week program includes workout program design, workout routines with video instruction, accountability reminders, follow-up's, and on-going direct access to your coach through the Trainerize app on your mobile device or tablet.

Instead of guessing on what exercises to do, how to change up your routines, how to do the exercises correctly, etc, you can have one of our coaches put together a fully customized training program for you.

We'll design your program to accommodate whatever equipment you have available to you. You'll get specific workouts to follow along with a plan for how to structure your fitness routine for optimal results.

  • Multiple weekly accountability reminders on exercise, and lifestyle changes.
