Programs
While there's plenty of equipment and space to exercise you're left on your own to figure out the best way to workout for seeing the results you want. No accountability and minimal support.
Supportive nutrition is customized to your unique calorie requirements through metabolism testing and education is provided to help you make long-term lifestyle changes with your diet.
Nutrition
Little to no nutrition education and support is often found in the gyms and larger health clubs. Maybe you'll get some general tips on eating "healthy" but you're not likely to find personalized solutions and support.
The workouts are fun, fast paced, and most importantly produce results. Our 30 minute "burst training" workouts are twice as effective as traditional hour long health club workouts.
Training
Often slow-paced with clipboards and 2-3 minutes of rest between sets. Trainer will have to often improvise since other people may be on equipment. More of a social scene than high energy environment.
The 30 minute personal training workouts are normally half the cost of traditional hour long personal training sessions in a health club. You pay the trainer for instruction not to watch you do cardio for the other 30 minutes.

Our "easy to access" location off Anna Knapp Blvd in Mt. Pleasant makes it a convenient location for before work or to swing by on your way home.

We're right off 17 but down far enough away from the gridlock you'll find closer to Town Center and the IOP connector on most days. Only minutes away from the bridge you can be at our studio from downtown in about 10 minutes.
