Hi, this is Shane. I created this page to help speed up the process in getting you started on one of my Charleston personal fitness programs. I understand when you’re ready to get started there’s nothing more frustrating than trying to figure out what you’re supposed to do next. Here's what to do when you're ready to get started right away.
Simply fill in the web form at the top of this page and you’ll be contacted by myself personally or one of my managers within 24 hours. Most of the time you’ll receive a call back within the hour if it’s during our regular business hours.

Step #1: Come in for your intitial consultation
Once you filled out the web form or contacted us by phone we’ll set up a time for your initial consultation. This is where we’ll sit down and discuss things like your goals, exercise history, any health concerns, best times to workout with your schedule, etc.
If you’re ready to get started on a program we’ll review the packages and schedule your first session immediately. If you’re still just a little uncertain about what you’d like to do or whether or not our programs would be a good fit, we’ll set up your free no-obligations trial.
Step #2: Complete your fitness assessment
Your first workout session after your initial consultation will include a fitness assessment to screen for things like muscle imbalances, movement pattern deviations, postural issues, and cardiovascular risks. This is a very important part of our process as we’d never put you on the floor for a full workout without a thorough assessment.
If you’ve already signed up for a personal training package we’ll also be completing a full set of biometrics and measurements including body fat testing, circumference measurements, strength & endurance testing, etc. We’ll do a follow-up assessment at the beginning of each month to evaluate your progress.
Step #3: Get started on your personal fitness program right away or complete the free trial
Regardless of whether you do the trial or get started immediately on a program, you have nothing to risk. I want you to be absolutely thrilled with what you find at Shaping Concepts.
If you don’t feel my programs are a good fit or you’re unsatisfied for any reason, I’ll refund your investment and make a recommendation on what would be a better fit. Sound fair enough?
