1-1 personal training program.
This is our basic personal training package and one of the most popular with Charleston personal training clients due to flexibility with appointment times and scheduling. The Fitter-You program is perfect for people with busy lifestyles who can't always make a regular appointment time.
One of the benefits of having over 10 trainers on our staff is the availability with rescheduling appointments. They all work together to help each other with scheduling issues to ensure the client always comes first with being able to get their workout in.
Package Options/Pricing:
The Fitter-You 1-1 personal training program has three basic options:
- 8 session series....................................................................$264
* recommended for 2 x week training
- 12 session series..................................................................$397
* recommended for 3 x week training
- 36 session series..................................................................$1080
The 8 and 12 session series were designed to coordinate with the typical frequency of meeting 2-3 x per week with a trainer. The 8 session series is designed for the 2 x per week client, and the 12 session series for the 3 x per week client.
Unlike with other Charleston personal training programs, your sessions won't expire at the end of the month on a Fitter-You program at Shaping Concepts. This way you never have to worry about losing session if you don't get all 8 or 12 in during the month.
The 36 session series is our most affordable package where you can save over $100 by purchasing three months of training in up front instead of going month to month.

Who It's For:
The Fitter-You 1-1 personal training program is for men and women of all ages and fitness levels including young adults age 12 and up with any of the following health and fitness goals:
- improve strength, stamina, flexibility, and endurance
- lose weight, tone, firm, and improve body composition
- lower high blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar and other health risk factors
- decrease stress, improve energy and productivity
- injury rehabilitation
- improving sports performance
- adding muscle mass (gaining weight)
- improve physical conditioning prior to entering military, police academy, etc
- improving range of motion and mobility (older adults)
