Exercise: Barbel Bicep Curls
Instructions for Barbel Bicep Curls:
You want to keep your knees slightly bent, shoulders width apart, and arms on your side. Slowly raise the barbel then lower and repeat. Go through the movement without swinging the weight or arching your back.
