"The Amazing Workout That Helped Me Burn More Body Fat, Add More Lean Muscle, And Get In Shape Faster Than Anything Else I've Ever Done"

From: Shane Doll Charleston, SC

Hi, This is Shane Doll and I want to share with you an amazing training method I recently discovered.

Give me just a few minutes of your time and I'll share with you why I endorse it as one of the best body transformation methods I've ever come across.

It's called CrossFit and the popularity of the workouts is sweeping the nation. Few people know about it but CrossFit has long been the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

The secret is out! Many of the most elite athletes and
highly trained soldiers in the world use CrossFit.

It's now also become the fastest growing fitness training program in the country for busy executives, housewives, weekend warriors, and anybody who is serious about adding muscle, burning body fat, and transforming their body fast.

And for good reason.

CrossFit delivers a unique fitness program that by design helps people get in optimal physical conditioning like nothing else I've ever tried or seen.

The specialty in CrossFit is by not specializing at all. Many people are misled into believing that they should train with specificity towards their sport or overall goals like weight loss, conditioning, and adding muscle.

CrossFit shatters this belief and puts the amazing results of the participants out in the public eye for everyone to examine, question, critique, and challenge.

That's what originally peaked my interest. If something is that effective, you should have nothing to hide. Well I checked it out, tried it on myself and I can tell you that I'm now a 100% believer.

CrossFit particpants readily improve their performance, skill, conditioning and overall health and function with workouts that consistently change the training stimulus and work all the energy systems of the body.

The programs are designed for universal scalability making them an ideal workout routine for any individual regardless of age, experience, fitness level, or overall goals.

The workouts are scaled by load and intensity, not by using different exercises. Everyone regardless of age and fitness level needs to perform the same basic human movement patterns. Only the intensity of the movements is different based on an individual's wants, needs, and goals.

In my opinion CrossFit is the BEST strength and conditioning program when it comes to improvements in all areas of physical skill and fitness.

Nothing is more effective at delivering broad based results, and I mean nothing! Participants get in shape, lose body fat, improve stamina, endurance, strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance faster than with any other method I've researched, studied, or tried on myself.

Proponents agree that an optimal training program should prepare you to handle most any circumstance that could occur in every day life. If you put different scenarios into a hopper and had to pull out one, would you be "ready and able" to successfully complete it.

Right now would you be able to complete the following
if your LIFE or someone else's actually depended on it?

Run several miles with the endurance and stamina to do so without stopping in order to reach safety...

Escape from a burning building with the speed, strength, agility and coordination to avoid obstacles and get to safety...

Climb up, over, under, or around any natural or man made barrier to reach safety....

Pick up a heavy object off yourself or someone else to reach safety...

Sprint a short or long distance if needed and still have the capacity to protect and defend yourself once you got there...

Swim across any body of water with a strong current to reach safety...

While it may seem extreme that I use life or death scenarios, the idea is you shouldn't have to make any compromises!

What does it really mean to be "fit"?

Fitness means different things to different people but not to me. I have a real clear method of evaluating how "fit" you are. I want to see how well you can perform regardless of the activity that's thrown at you.

Show me a big bodybuilder that can bench press 400 lbs and I'm not impressed...

Show me an endurance runner who can run a 4:00 minute mile and I'm not impressed...

Show me the guy who can bench press 350 lbs and run a 5:00 minute mile and you just got my attention!

You see fitness is about having no "weak links." Just because you can ride a bike long distances, run, lift heavy weights, or do ONE thing very well doesn't mean you're fit in my book. I'm not impressed at all...this only makes you a specialist.

CrossFit training not only gets you in optimal physical conditioning, it also provides you with the confidence of knowing you can perform at your best when called upon, anywhere, anytime, anyplace.

CrossFit training incorporates a wide variety of training methods to improve function and performance. Some training methods are traditional, some are unconventional, but all are extremely effective at improving your physical conditioning. The workouts are simple in nature by using few movements but the variety is constantly changing.

The training will incorporate bodyweight squats, push-ups, pull-up's, sit-up's, etc with Olympic lifts, gymnastics, plyometrics, tire flips, kettle bells, sandbags, and dumbbells just to name a few. They'll use anything and everything to provide a stimulus that can create physiological improvements.

If you're serious about getting in the best shape of your life I would strongly encourage you to look at CrossFit training. I believe in the principals so much that I brought the training into my personal training studios.

I'm pleased to announce that my Mt. Pleasant location is now home to CrossFit Charleston.

I would encourage you to come in to check out the training for yourself. There are several classes available Monday-Friday so you can workout at a time that best fits your schedule. But don't just take my word for it.
