This list could go on and on as there's literally hundreds of so called solutions to choose from. Chances are you’ve tried several of these options and let's be honest, some of them probably even worked for you…at least for a while.

The majority of all weight loss solutions that promise rapid results are focused on a single component. That’s why even if a particular solution worked for a while you’re likely to end back right where you started. There were simply pieces of the puzzle that you needed that got left out.

The biggest difference with my programs is the approach I take with looking at the big picture.
