Shawn McDonald is a certified Charleston personal trainer and strength & conditioning specialist. Originally from Asheville, NC, Shawn is a masters level personal trainer and fitness expert. We welcome Shawn back to the Shape Con team after taking a few years off to pursue other business interests.
Shawn was instrumental in helping Shaping Concepts grow from a small studio with only 3-4 trainers back in our humble beginnings in 2004 to a staff of over 10 fitness professionals today. Character, work ethic, and a genuine care for others separate him as truly an elite fitness professional and one of the top trainers in Charleston.
