White Bean Protein Spread

1 container cottage cheese
1 can cannelini beans
3 tsp Mrs. Dash Onion blend
3 tsp Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil blend
1-2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp olive oil (to taste)
Mix the cottage cheese and beans until smooth using an immersion blender or food processor. (I used the new Cuisinart hand blender I got from Santa!)
Add in the spices and olive oil and mix until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.

Uses: a veggie dip, cracker spread, pizza base, or sandwich filling.
