Last week David Quick of the Post & Courier wrote an excellent article regarding the impact of exercise on metabolism. Kudos to David for doing a fine job researching and writing an informative article.

I wanted to expand on some of the points in his article as this is a very important subject in relation to fat loss. Specifically, there’s a common misconception that doing more exercise is better when it comes to fat loss, since you’ll burn more calories.

If you’re looking for a great way to re-kick start fat loss after reaching a plateau, the Carbohydrate Cycling Diet Strategy can be an extremely effective method.  I want to make sure I preface this post though with a word of caution as this is an advanced dieting strategy.

Let me paint a picture for you and tell me if this sounds familiar. You had dinner at around 7:00 PM and now it’s 9:30 PM and you’re hungry again but you’re not sure what to eat. You don’t want to sabotage your weight loss but here’s the problem.

You’ll be up for another couple of hours and who wants to go to bed starving? Am I getting this right so far? I get tons of questions over night time eating and figured it would be helpful to separate fact from fiction. Is it true that if you eat past 7:00PM you’ll store body fat?
