Even though the average life expectancy in the United States has increased dramatically during this past one hundred or so years, many would argue our quality of life due to chronic degenerative disease has gone down.
We are essentially “living too short and dying too long”. Far too many people are suffering from heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, and the list goes on and on, because they didn’t take care of their bodies. Read the rest of this entry »
