Even though the average life expectancy in the United States has increased dramatically during this past one hundred or so years, many would argue our quality of life due to chronic degenerative disease has gone down.

It’s cold and flu season, are you ready? If not I want to give you some tips to help keep you from getting sick this winter.
And if by chance you already have the sniffles, a sore throat, or some other cold and flu symptom as you’re reading this, you’ll find some tips on how to drastically speed up your recovery.
