I’ve recently been asked by several people about my opinion of the new Crystal Light Pure Fitness drink mix packets and thought this would be a perfect product to review. If you’ve followed me for a while you know my opinion of original Crystal Light drink mixes. The original product was nothing more than pure poison in my opinion because it contained aspartame.

Kraft Foods has finally wised up to public awareness regarding the harmful effects of aspartame and developed this “all natural” product as an alternative.
