In today’s world there seems to be a hesitancy for many individuals and businesses to state their core values and beliefs in an attempt to be “politically correct.”

As a fitness professional I often have people I meet tell me all the reasons why they don’t exercise. I guess they feel they need to justify their excuses when talking with me since I’m a personal trainer and they assume I’ll judge them.

The reality is I don’t judge people by the decisions they make regarding exercise in their lives.
