Does Eating Meat Really Put You On The Path To Cancer?

Seems like every couple weeks I read another news story about how bad it is for your health to eat meat. Figured it was about time to reveal the “story behind the story” with most of these reports and share with you my two cents for what it’s worth.

Now let me preface¬†all this with saying I don’t think it’s a good idea¬†to eat a ton of red meat. I personally only look to consume¬†red meat once a week and when I do it’s¬†typically a certain type of beef which I’ll reveal in my video.

But here’s the thing…I don’t think you should be scared by news reports that lead you to believe that eating meat is¬†a sure fire way¬†to cancer¬†and heart disease. It’s not the simple…you might be surprised to learn it’s not so much the meat but how it’s cooked!
