Today I’ve got a guest post to share from my new friend David Haas. He’s been researching and writing about how beneficial cancer support networks can be along with best practices for staying physically active during treatments and remission.
David asked if he could share an article as a guest post and I was happy to oblige him. Cancer is something that affects just about every family and most of us have been impacted in some way by the disease.
This subject is near and dear to my heart and anything that could help individuals currently dealing with cancer or their families, I want to be a part of it. I commend David for his efforts with working to educate and encourage others about this disease.
The following article is about the benefits of fitness and eating healthy during and after a diagnosis with any kind of cancer. Each cancer is different and has its unique limitations but like David says, “If one can keep a healthy body, they can have a better chance of overcoming this awful disease.”
He’s encouraged me to write more on the subject of cancer which I’ll be doing in the weeks to come. In the meantime, here’s his article as a guest post…

You walk a lot, but think of moving ahead in life by taking up proper running program. Indeed running is always a good solution to have a healthy body and gain good fitness level.
Maybe you do it or know people that do – spend hours in the gym doing cardio and weight lifting. It’s not a terrible thing. It is very possible that they have had great results and don’t mind the time commitment.
