Food Recommendation Guide
Wednesday, October 14th, 2009What are the best foods to eat if you want to lose weight and have optimal health? This is by far the biggest question most people have. My advice is to simply follow the 80-20 rule. Eat whole, natural, unprocessed or refined foods 80% of the time and leave 20% of your diet for everything else. It’s not about being perfect all the time. I’ve broken down proteins, carbohydrates, and fats into three categories (optimal, moderation, poor) for quick and easy reference in my food recommendation guide.
