Primal Blueprint Diet

While there will always be some debate on what the best nutrition strategy is, I believe that the principals behind the primal method are  about as close as you can get to an ideal nutrition strategy for the average person. Nutrition needs vary from individual to individual based on energy requirements but in general a diet naturally low-moderate in carbohydrates with plenty of live, natural foods is the way to go. Adrenal hormone imbalances are one of the most overlooked areas in weight loss. Adrenal fatigue due to chronic stress is very common problem but few people look at this imbalance having reached a weight loss plateau. Life Lessons Learned Sitting On A Curb In Key West

I know what you’re probably thinking…”what in the world is Shane talking about?” No, this isn’t an account from a wild night of partying on famous Duvall Street. Quite the contrary. I spent last week on vacation in Cudjoe Key and the end to an otherwise relaxing and peaceful trip gave me a renewed appreciation and outlook on life.
